Our History
Lighthouse Television (LTV) began its transformative journey in 2017 as Uganda’s first Christian television station, pioneering faith-based broadcasting in the country. With a mission to inspire, educate, and unite believers, LTV quickly established itself as the nation’s foremost Christian media platform.
From its inception, LTV set a high standard in Christian broadcasting, featuring dynamic teachings from world-renowned televangelists alongside impactful local programming. By benchmarking international best practices, the station has continually delivered quality content that uplifts, informs, and strengthens the faith of viewers across Uganda.
Beyond television, LTV has played a pivotal role in fostering unity among believers of all denominations. Through its highly attended public events and outreach initiatives, the station has brought together people from diverse Christian traditions, solidifying its reputation as a broad-based broadcaster with an unwavering commitment to the gospel.
